Previously, Ms. Wolinsky was the Group Manager of Market Research at Verizon. Responsible for completing over 100 studies annually at a value in excess of $2 million, she directed all marketing research for new and growth products in the consumer and small/medium business markets.

Ms. Wolinsky also worked at: Applied Management Sciences, where she conducted research on the effectiveness of federal government programs; at Technical Assistance and Training Corporation, where she trained managers of state and local employment and training programs; and at the Maryland Department of State Planning, where she managed a project to coordinate the work of all state human services agencies.

Ms. Wolinsky is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Market Research Association.
She earned a Graduate Certificate in Market Research from American University and holds a Master of Science Degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The City College of New York.
